Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All returned, refunded, or canceled transactions will be handled in accordance with off-line purchase policies unless otherwise noted on the Web Store. Please Contact Us for further clarification.

- All purchases will be credited to accounts within one business day.
- Any purchases requiring shipping will be shipped within two business days.
Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of checkout.
Community Education Programs Refund Information
If a Community Education class is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified by phone or email and receive a full refund. Electronic check and credit card payments will be refunded to the account which you paid with. Payments made with cash or check will be refunded, in the form of a check mailed to the address on your account, and take three to four weeks to process.
If you wish to withdraw from a class you have registered for, notification must be received at least five business days prior to the start of class. Please email your request for withdrawal to email@example.com or mail to Brighton Community Education/BCSD, 2035 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618.
Withdrawal refunds will not be processed after a class has begun unless accompanied by a doctor’s certification of illness. All withdrawal refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee.
